Genfodt has been awarded the unitized façade and window contract to the Nicol Corner Office development, a 9 level office & parking block situated on the corner of Bradford & Nicol Road, Bedfordview.
The Gym level, which is the new home to “Body Action Health Club” is nearing its completion. Genfodt will be moving on from there, working on the next levels and their facades as the project develops.
The project completion was expected to be this year September, however, with the complications of Covid, the completion date is now set for end Feb 2021.
Our involvement on the project includes for Pressure Cap facades, Unitized Flushglazed Facades, Internal Aphonic Acoustic screens, Internal glass partitions, glass windbreak to Level 8 Restaurant, Decorative Aluminium Parking screens, and glass balustrading.
